I joined this practice over a year ago as I despaired at the inability to get an appointment at my previous surgery. No one answered the phone and no one ever called you back as promised. What a difference! The surgery is bright, clean and airy. The receptionists are all so friendly and very helpful. Have always managed to get an early appointment or there is the wonderful walk-in clinics twice a week. Dr Reddy is immensely kind and listens carefully, explaining what the problem is. After a severe fall in which I broke my back, he organised for me to have personal care and insisted that I also have a proper chair to sit in while my injury healed. If this surgery can get it so right why can't the others? This should be the model on which others are based. I feel lucky to be part of such a caring team.

Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are always very kind and helpful no matter how busy they are. They are very good at listening and the follow up is excellent. We moved from a very disappointing local GP surgery and have never regretted our decision. We feel confident in the care that Mocketts Wood Surgery provide.

All the medical staff I have seen at Mocketts Wood have been excellent in delivering a wonderful service. Dr Sree is a wonderful caring Dr, she has always shown me great understanding and a level of care that is a massive credit to her, the surgery and the NHS.

Dr Marshall has been my family doctor since I was born (I'm now 37). Now my own family is under Mockett Wood's care. I've only ever had praise for him. He's an excellent doctor and always very approachable. The surgery has moved with the times e.g. online appointments and the building itself is very modern, airy and clean, although more seating would be good. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. The addition of Dr Sree and Dr Reddy, since Dr Marshall's semi-retirement, has only improved the service especially with the walk-in clinics on Mon and Fri mornings as I sometimes find it quite difficult to get a quick appointment. Also, have a practice nurse on site is great for occasions where a nurse's advice is all that is needed instead of bothering the doctors. Keep up the good work!!
