The service, help , co-operation and care I have received from the staff and my GP (Dr.Marshall) is second to none. Mockett's Wood is an excellent practice. To be honest, I cannot think of any suggestions on how they could improve their service.

As you have 2 open days I find this is an excellent service and you do not wait too long even for this as a rule. Waited for longer in hospitals where an appointment is made.

I enjoy the way I can book appointments and get repeat prescriptions online, it makes it so much easier, also I like the way that if you send a message with a query they get black to you extremely quickly.

We moved to Mocketts Wood Surgery approximatley three years ago, having been dissatisfied with the waiting time for apointments, and follow up clinics at our previous practice, you are a breath of fresh air. The doctors holistic approach makes us feel reassured in the knowledge that we are part of a family. The extent of the complementary services is impressive and convenient. Reception are intuitive, friendly, compassionate and respectfull at all times. The Nurse practitioner and nurses are a great asset to the practice treating patients with dignity and giving much needed time when necessary.
