Having previously been a patient in an outdated practise it is very good to be able to make appointments easily through 'Patient Access' and order repeats through the same process. On the odd occasion when I needed an appointment at short notice I have managed to get one the same day.

I like the drop in clinics every Monday and Friday. If you are prepared to wait to see a doctor, an appointment is always available the same day.
