The receptionists are always very helpful. The practice nurses have been excellent. It is reasonably easy to get an appointment. It would help to be able to book in advance outside normal working hours I work 9 - 5 in Canterbury Mon - Fri

I have used the doctors for the last two days for my children.Both days I was very impressed with the receptionist and doctors/nurses. Seen I feel very confident with this practise.
