I was accepted into this surgery and feel very lucky. Receptionist staff so helping and the endly, nothing us too made trouble. Dr. Reddy amazing doctor, very thankful.

Very high service by all members of staff in my opinion nothing to be changed.

I understand the need for telephone triage but it is difficult to be available all day to await a return phone call from the doctor.
Suggested improvements
Give a window for return phone call.
