We particularly like how quick and easy it is to make surgery and home visits by phone. The reception and practice nurses are always friendly and very helpful. Also the use of technology facilitates repeat prescription however this could be extended and improved to allow rapid online appointment booking which is currently rather limited.

Thank you for your comments - the reason that rapid online appointments are not available is that we have embargoed appointment that become available from 8am on the day via telephone or by attendeding the surgery. This is mainly because not all of our patients are signed up to the online service and would be unable to access them in that way. However, it may be something that we look at in the near future.
