I got an appointment on the same day of phoning which is a first ever. When told it was at the Durrington Health Centre not Shelley Surgery it was even better as I live very close and there's better parking facilities. I never had to wait long and the doctor was very good and thorough. I hope this service continues as it's much easier to get to than Shelly Road.

Fabulous quick service . No waiting for ages like at our regular gp. The doctor was friendly and helpful and put my child at ease .

Took my 6 year old Son to Miami clinic twice recently with an ear infection. We didn't wait long and got the antibiotics we needed. It's really helpful for kids that need to be seen fairly urgently. I rang for a Dr app on a Thursday but couldn't get one until the next Monday, when I explained that he was in a lot of pain, the receptionist suggested the Miami clinic. Very pleased that this service is available, it's long overdue

This is an invaluable service, for which I am extremely grateful. I am very grateful also to Rosie, receptionist at Selden Road Surgery, who promptly made my appointment the same day. I was diagnosed with shingles and prescribed anti-virals, which will hopefully help me recover more quickly than I would otherwise. Sarah, the nurse I saw, was extremely approachable, kind, clear and professional. Many thanks to all concerned. I hope this recently started service will continue; it is absolutely vital for cases such as mine.
