Saw the nurse practitioner, today she was excellent with a pleasant efficient manner. She gave a thorough examination and prescribed appropriately.

Professionalism. Lovely, helpful staff. Appointments system could be better, its difficult to get one at times. Also waiting times - 30 to 40 mins, isn't good.
