Lovely doctors and nurses.
We are so lucky in Dorking/Medwyn.
Wish we could still make appointments at the reception Medwyn. The dentists upstairs do. A "walk up" system could co-exist alongside your "cloud" booking system.

On most occasions, my reasons for visiting the surgery is to get a repeat prescription for contraception.
The nurse is always helpful, offering appropriate advice and assistance.
