The doctors, nurses and reception staff are very friendly. I appreciate the convenience of having dentist, doctors, nurses in one building, with the addition of the pharmacy attached. Finally the car pack is a real bonus.

Accessed appointment on time. Doctor listened to my concerns. Explained what he was going to do. Gave me advice as to what I needed to do. Given an appointment on Monday morning over the phone. Accessed todays appointment on time.

My initial communication with Dr Rhian James was excellent. Mrs Deborah Chamberlayne was also excellent. Both doctor and nurse were professional as well as having an excellent bedside manner. I was immediately put at my ease even though I had very apprehensive.
