Receptionists were polite and helpful. The appointments were running slightly behind but I have no issues with this whatsoever (my own 10 minute slot lasted over 15 minutes). My examination was very thorough and considered. The doctor listened to the symptoms and showed sympathy and understanding. She also demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the condition.
