Good points: The Dr I saw was very friendly, listened to me and I felt like she had time for me. My most recent appointment was on time (but other times I have had to wait a long time to be seen). The surgery is open late some nights. The nurse I've seen their has also been very friendly. Points to improve Rude/unhelpful receptionist which is really unpleasant when you're not feeling well (maybe I caught her on a bad day). Long waiting list for routine appointments (over a week).
