I worry that the over emphasis of only one concern per appointment could discourage people from opening up. Much prefer encouragement of double appointments or explaining that important to keep to time so Dr may ask you to make another follow up appointment. The posters on the chairs give a negative message.

Good points: The Dr I saw was very friendly, listened to me and I felt like she had time for me. My most recent appointment was on time (but other times I have had to wait a long time to be seen). The surgery is open late some nights. The nurse I've seen their has also been very friendly. Points to improve Rude/unhelpful receptionist which is really unpleasant when you're not feeling well (maybe I caught her on a bad day). Long waiting list for routine appointments (over a week).
