Reception staff don't listen and have given both nurses and doctor completely the wrong information. I used to fill in an online prescription form and consult form. I see those options have been taken away from me unless I register which I don't want to do

Suggested improvements
Listen more. When I joined the surgery, just a few years ago, I was stunned at how good it was. two amazing lady doctors that have now left I fear it's going the way of many others which is a great shame

Full information regarding repeat ordering of medications is on our website https://www.loxwoodmedicalpractice.co.uk/health-information/prescriptions/ You can send an email to sxicb-wsx.medications.lmp@nhs.net or send a medication query via eConsult, also on our website so that verbal misunderstandings are minimised. If you are unable to use any of the normal routes of reordering medication please let us know so that we could speak to your GP about alternative options. We are pleased to have recruited two excellent new lady GP Partners this year.
