The econsult system is good but lengthy when the question is simple.
However the text message from the pharmacy saying my prescription was ready was absolutely brilliant and shows that patients feedback is listened to .
Suggested improvements
As a regular’customer’ it would be nice to return to the days that you could see the same doctor , especially when it’s a follow up on a previous consultation that was requested by the GP.
Seeing a different GP is like reinventing the wheel.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that the text messaging service from our dispensary is working well. Where possible we do try and facilitate continuity with clinicians taking into consideration availability, GP working patterns and emergency appointments.
