Always a good experience, no matter who I speak to or see, everyone is always great

You maybe need to make it easier to call for an appointment. My mum is 79, she doesn’t do the online thing and struggles when she’s on hold for long periods My mother in law is 85 and has the same issues

I regularly nurse appointments for things like blood tests, and have always experienced friendly, kind staff, who are chatty but efficient. Today was no exception to that.

This is a very small thing: I often come with my son who is now five. In the waiting room, some of the radio content can be unsuitable for him, eg the half hourly news reports. I've often wondered if it would be possible to have a non news/ non discussion channel on instead.

All in all fine Allison helped as much as possible

Maybe give more power to the asthma nurses for fit notes to Iver giving or promoting for mixed health conditions so I don't need to have 2 appointments, just a thought I understand if I doesn't work like that
