Helpful and friendly reception staff both on the phone when making the blood test appointment and on arrival at the surgery. I went in for my appointment exactly on time. The nurse was gentle and very friendly. She answered questions clearly.

The nurse removed a dressing which she should not have after a skin graft then said to me she couldn’t see my graft as if it was a problem so felt very anxious and upset after my appointment

Not taken off vital dressings after a skin graft and not worry me about the skin graft not being present
