Start ringing at 08:00 and hope you can get a telephone call with your GP. With my last appointment, to have stitches removed I went into surgery and got an appointment. No problem

My appointment was for 09:00 but had to wait 0:30mins but otherwise I was pleased with the treatment.

I haven't been with The Old Town Surgery very long but since registering in March 2024 they have been very helpful. I have only had to see a G P once and Dr Nubery was very kind. I needed a blood test in Mon 1st July and was seen on time. Very impressed with this surgery and received blood test result on the same day. Thanks to all the staff.

Receptionist polite and helpful Dr. Cho phoned me quickly and an appointment was scheduled in an hour.
