Not always easy to get an appt. 8.00 morning rush, keeping your fingers crossed appointments will be available. Like the queueing system and call back facility.

I was contacted by the surgery to arrange blood tests. These were taken at the appointment time. The nurse was friendly and efficient and explained the required tests clearly.
