The nurses and practice staff are always professional and helpful. I am always involved in decisions about my care. My GP is excellent in her standard of care and delivery.

Recruit more qualified nurses and GPs instead of GP assistants.

I was seen very quickly once I’d arrived at the surgery and was delete with in a friendly professional manner.

It would have been much better if I could have gone to my own surgery which is in walking distance. I had to pay £4.30 train for plus £8.10 to get to you and I’m in-employed. That’s two days food for me right now!

Three weeks of pain now all I get is a telephone call to give me more painkillers that don’t work told doctors this needed anti inflammatories to really help my back was ignored, still in pain and three weeks off work without pay and still not ready to go back to work as the pain when walking is so bad won’t be able to do my job

Given me anti inflammatory tablets like the physio said up a&e after two weeks of constant pain and not being able to walk or work
