I have been fortunate enough to always get an appointment,if not on the day i eant,very soon after.such lovely staff

Nothing i am very happy.could br a better car park but thats not possible

Didn't see receptionist but they are always v helpful and friendly. I hadn't no complaints only praise for the surgery and staff

I did not speak to a receptionist. The Healthcare Assistant was 'sharp' and 'short' when speaking to me, speaking down to me and was quite grumpy!

The Healthcare Assistant I saw could have been more engaging and patient in the way she spoke to me

If it's deemed ot important enough, there is quite a wait just for a phone consult. I cannot ring at 8am unless I am off work, so leave it until the afternoon.

Make more appointments available to see the doctor because some things can't be done over the phone.
