Nobody had a clue how to interpret my blood test results resulting in me getting conflicting answers. I was told I needed to see my GP and when I asked for an appointment I was told the end of august … I think the 28th. I ended up in tears and very stressed and upset. Very poor service and lack of knowledgeable staff. Nobody was rude but just had no idea what they were telling me.

It helps that I can easily walk to the surgery to make an appointment. Telephoning to try and get an appointment takes a long time.

I think August should have more planing for doctors on leave The protocol for only being able to see your own registered doctor is not good. I didn’t get to choose who my doctor was. Perhaps as a female I would prefer to be registered with a woman doctor. Or have more flexibility to see any doctor that has appointments

I had to se a nurse on a certain day for my treatment and the receptionist so very kindly helped me get what I needed.

There was nothing more could have been done under the pressure of conditions that face the NHS
