My appointment with nurse Michele was excellent, she was gentle and very very helpful. I felt I was being looked after extremely well.

Came for heart review only took blood pressure, heart rate weight and took extra blood test which nurse said should have been done. No advice on whether heart issues causing drop sleeping nurse said for doctor discus with me. As go 4 days before done bloods blood presure heart rate did not see point of this appointment in little common no help with issues suffering with and causing problems.

Not had this appointment addded weight check to one of recent dos appointments.

I can only praise the receptionist and the practice manager who were so helpful and apologetic that we weren’t able to get an appointment for my mum, but after review and talking to the practice manager, we have managed to get one for 19 August the practice manager and the reception staff are amazing And I understand their job is very difficult at the moment and they were really kind polite and helpful. Thank you so much for sorting this out as I was very worried about my mum and she does need to see a doctor so I’m very grateful. Special thanks to the practice manager for sorting this out for me and Mum

I know it’s difficult but really we should be able to book a doctors appointment. This has been rectified now but it’s very sad that We are unable to do this at the
