Need to go back to being able to book online. People can’t spend all that time on hold often then the call gets cut as you go through.

Receptionists need to learn empathy and patience. They do have a difficult job but the patients are their clients and without them they wouldn’t have a job.

I did not deal with the receptionists, so I cannot comment. Also, for this review of my condition, I was contacted by the surgery and offered an appointment, so again I cannot comment about the ease or otherwise about getting an appointment.

In my opinion it wasn’t an appropriate call for a non-medical person to make. Allowed for no follow up questions.

The receptionist didn’t do anything wrong but it should’ve been a doctor that called me.
