I think that the care that I receive from my doctor is exemplary. Everything that I need to know is fully explained to me. It is most important to me to have a good relationship with my doctor. I always feel educated after a visit and feel that I can accept his advice without question. The downside to this is that I am sure that many other patients have concluded the same as myself in that we are fortunate to have the services of such a good doctor. This makes great demands on his time and subsequently there is sometimes a few days wait until he is available. Not forgetting the nursing staff, who are most experienced in their fields. Altogether a most efficient practice. I do not see how much doctor could be achieved from the status given.

1. Seen on time. 2. Doctor very understanding, gave me good information as we are new to surgery. 3. Made me feel "cared for".

My appointment was on time and the staff on duty were all pleasant and helpful. I do find the practice better to deal with in person rather than over the phone though.
