I had an appointment this morning with Dr Dogan who is only at the surgery for a few months doing GP training. I thought she was really lovely, very easy to talk to and very efficient. I would like to thank her for her care and empathy.

Staff are always helpful despite being busy. It can be difficult to get an appointment at short notice but the introduction of on line appointments is a great asset. I now have my repeat prescription activated so every 2 months I can go into Boots at Ravenside and my prescription is waiting for me. The system has been perfect, no hiccups or delays, really great.

Doctor paid attention to detail and is going to keep a check on my progress over the next few weeks. I went into the interview room on time and came out on time - 10 minutes. I wish doctors had time to give 15 minutes to each patient but this is not possible in today's world.
