The service I received was excellent and reception were helpful

I simply do not understand why getting a GP appointment is so hard post Covid when most other situations are back to normal. Ringing at 8am and being 24th in queue is ridiculous. Why are things back to pre Covid ?

Only had to make a few appointments with doctor in last three years. A couple by phone and one in person. Both more than satisfactory.

The restrictions on ringing up for appointments. Not being able to book appointments in advance as in the past. Queues when trying to book an appointment. Overall, when you do get an appointment, the service is very good, getting it, is the problem. Regarding the question below, I don't identify with anything. I am male !

Because you asked! Everything was in order and efficient. When your name is shown on the TV screen the buzzer (whatever) needs to be louder so it catches your attention and you look at screen, as it’s easy to miss it. When I had the blood taken the lovely nurse came out of her room to call me in. Much better way of doing things. Further, the music on the radio is a bit much for us to listen to. Can you not put on Classic FM for a change? I think that covers it, thank you.
