The service is good but sometimes having to go though the receptionist and then given a phone appointment when you are having ongoing treatment is frustrating. It also seems silly to me that I’m going to the Detmatology Department at the Conquest, Hastings and yet you have a Dermatologist on site. I understand that your hands are tied because of funding.

Tying up the phone calls and appointments to make them run smoother.

Waiting on the phone can be very time consuming, otherwise my treatment in all areas was excellent

A first class service has been given to me by all members of staff including doctors, well done all of you keep up the good work

Face to face Appointments are sometimes hard to get but telephone conversations with GP are much appreciated

I have found both little common and old town surgeries excellent caring and very helpful I have recommended them to my friend who has moved to Barnhone road to register at Little Common surgery

I made the appointment for the Shingles jab easily after seeing Dr Ackroyd.

I only came in for a jab so not much really.
