The service was great and was in and out again with the lovely nurse who did my child's jabs.

Door stops at old town surgery. It is really hard to get through the doors apart from the entrance door that opens automatically when you have a pram.

I am 65 years old and I have had many doctors & surgeries in my lifetime. Little Common Surgery, for me, is the best practice that I've ever been registered with. I am very happy with the service that I get from the receptionists, the nurses, the back room staff and the doctors. This surgery is very well managed, is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

I have not thought of a working solution but somehow stopping the 8 o'clock telephone rush to arrange appointments? I'm sure that this is a problem with most surgeries though and I'm sure that the staff have considered alternatives.
