Overall care given is exemplary reception staff friendly and welcoming, appointment with nurse was on time, treatment given and further appointment given were explained to me fully.the appointment question was only give 2 stars as I feel there is still room for improvement in being able to see a doctor face to face in so much as I often think what’s the point in trying to get to see my own doctor.

Today’s visit to Old Town Surgery could not be faulted as it was to see a nurse.

Saw the nurse for health check. He was excellent, in manner, knowledge and engagement. I didn’t make the appointment, it was sent by text. I didn’t speak to receptionist as checked in electronically . NB re question below…. I am a woman . I don’t JUST “identify as one”. That’s nonsense. Please stop being so daft.

Appointment with Nurse regarding Diabetes Annual Checkup. I was seen on time, friendly Attitude, making me feel at ease. Such information I acquired was given. I came away feeling secure in my present health condition. Thank you very much for your care. Jacqueline Cornish.

There was nothing the surgery could have done better. Everything worked well. Very caring Nurse.

It's difficult to get an appointment ie long wait.

I have been with my doctor for about four years and have been completely happy with the service. I feel fortunate to have been with my Doctor. Grateful.
