Was called so I could choose when to pop in for a health check, reception staff were helpful as tech was down so had to book in with them. Nikki the nurse was lovely and explained all my results in detail. Very happy with the whole experience and the surgery couldn’t be faulted.

Nothing I was happy with all aspects of my appointment.

The nurse who did my blood test was exceptionally efficient as my veins aren’t what they used to be due to so many venesections due to haemocrosis

I don’t have any complaints really, the only problem I find is when you ring the surgery you have to listen to 5 minutes of guff before you are put on waiting

Telephoned last Friday for non urgent appointment and got a convenient one on Tuesday. No problem

Annual blood test due November 2023. I had to ring up to chase this up.

If non urgent it’s not too bad if you’re prepared to wait.

I am happy with the service provided
