For a routine appt such as smear test . Yes it is easy

I asked when my last smear was .. on discussion it wasn’t obvious that I’d had a colposcopy on the screen . It was in another window on the system , but she couldn’t tell if I’d been checked afterwards . So it was a software issue .. Nurse was very nice , friendly , calming and professional

My appointment was made without telling me. I only knew when I got a "reminder" the day before and as I lead a walking group every Saturday I had short notice to find someone to take my place. I saw Ramaa who is very good and explains things and takes time to do so, so I was pleased to see her.

Nurse has booked several appointments ahead for my dressings.

On some occasions there appears to be a shortage of some bandages or wound coverings. Usually these can be obtained by the nurse going into another consulting room and getting the required items from there. A minor inconvenience for the patient but if repeated throughout the day may be a bit taxing on the nurse! Maybe look at stock control and ordering system? That little matter does not affect me eating the practice 1st class from contact to treatment. Thanks to all involved! Cheers David
