I couldn’t speak more highly of the Dr and staff that I saw. Quick, efficient, and very pleasant. Explained everything to me clearly, answered all my questions. I came out a happier person. Thank you to all.

Overall the service was good. I had no need to speak to the receptionist.

I had to provide a urine sample. You can only take samples to the reception at the surgery between 8am - 1pm. You cannot post the in the surgery post box. It is extremely difficult for someone working to drop in to the surgery. I have to leave for work at 7.15 and will not get home until after 6pm. There is no provision for this situation to be able to take a sample to the surgery.

Since moving to Bexhill, we feel that The surgery is so helpful, and the care and contact with us keeping us informed about our conditions is excellent. Well Done. When GP practices get such bad press we feel fortunate to be with Little Common practice.

You have to phone reception, then wait for GP to phone back within days, then justify seeing him, then see him days later, then wait 2 working days for prescription, then wait 4 working days for local pharmacy to dispense. The whole thing can take up to 4 weeks. Not good enough

The whole GP and Pharmacy system has broken down and is not fit for purpose since Covid
