Have only just joined practise. Have ordered prescriptions and a blood test, both online. So not had to make an appointment by phone yet.

Nothing at present everything was easy.

Arrived on time ,electronically booked and seen immediately ,the nurse was very sweet and caring to my wife.

Maybe getting a doctors appointment could be better.

I turned up for my appt but was told that Tracy was runnig late of 15 minutes and there was a lady who was waiting in front of me. Her appt was 20 miutes. Both timings that was given were ldoubtful and the waiting tme would had been much longer. There was an expectation for me to hang around for my appt for an hour. I asked why didn't anyone phone me to inform me. The assumption that i would have to wait so long to see the Diabetic Nurse was incredulous. I decided not to wait this length of time and I was given an appt in 2 weeks! I gave the appt back and left.

Stop expecting patients to put up with unsatisfactory demands and treat with some respect

Doctor Bhaskaran is excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. He inspires confidence us his patients. The waiting area is clean and the Reception staff are friendly The nurse, health care assistant that takes blood samples is very good. No pain.

It would obviously be good if we could get quicker appointments. Waiting in phone que of 10 or more to speak to someone is frustrating. but we understand the surgery is under immense pressure.
