Don't always feel confident I'll see a doctor.

I imagine people are doing the best they can and I believe that lapses are due to under-staffing. Hopefully more people will be trained...doctors and nurses.

Always friendly and helpful. The best GP service I have had since moving to Hastings/Bexhill. Very helpful with my husband who suffers from Alzheimers. Thank you.

Advised by nurse to make an appointment before I left surgery after blood test - this was much easier than the dreaded phone call at 8am and being Number ????? In the queue! Was given a date for a phone call from the doctor.

Wish it was as easy as this when you have to phone!
