I am always happy with how appointments go at the old town surgery. This particular appointment was another example of why I’m so happy to be a patient of yours. I have been registered with your practice for 11 years since we moved to Bexhill. My previous GP was very supportive and a brilliant GP. Her name was Doctor Bayles. She helped a lot through a very difficult time and I will always be thankful to her. My current GP Dr Rubery is very supportive and a brilliant GP. She is very good at her job. Out of all the GPs have seen in my life I can honestly say that she is the easiest to open up to and most understanding. Thank you for your previous and current help during my health problems. I’m very thankful to have you as our GP. My Daughter is also registered with you and her GP is Dr Rubery. I’m so happy that she has Dr Rubery as her GP. Nurses at the practice are always very professional and helpful. Thank you

I came for a routine blood test so question about involvement in care not relevant. I usually find it easy to get an appointment but the phone in at 8 is a pain when needed (not often ) I am usually seen on time and everyone is very nice
