I have never had a problem with anyone at the surgery or the surgery itself , always treated with respect

Sincere thanks to the Receptionist at Little Common surgery who was so very helpful. Also many thanks to Carie-Ann Jackson for taking the trouble to call and the kindness she showed. My wife will liaise with her again on Monday as discussed.

Not always able to get through before all slots are taken: however I have been allocated a ‘pre-surgery’ apppointment when really needed urgently.

Nothing as far as I am concerned.

It wasn't an urgent appointment, booked for the following week without a problem. Got through on the phone within about 10 seconds.
