I was sent an appointment, so didn’t have to make one.

I was asked, unexpectedly, to attend for a blood test, but no explanation was given of what was to be tested. It would be better if an explanation was provided.

Getting appointment's , by telephone , is an onerous task. Not all in reception come across as ‘ welcoming’ ( early morning )
