Very difficult to get a face to face consultation with my GP who is not at the surgery two days a week.

Make it easier to speak directly with the surgery rather than having to go through a switchboard.

Calls at 8am result in being told there are 20+ people in front of you. If you then contact the surgery later you are told to phone at 8am the next day. And so it goes on. Your time would be better spent dealing with patients rather than surveys like this.
