Appointments are very difficult to get. I have just waited 3 weeks for a telephone call, my doctor is brilliant and sometimes all that is needed is reassurance. This time I needed more, but I now have faith in her diagnosis and treatment. Thank you for everything you do well.

Waited 18 minutes on telephone to book a routine appointment.

The waiting room screen that tells you which room to go to doesn’t have an audible alarm and the name only appears once and for a short time. At least two people weren’t aware that they had been called in the time I was in the waiting room.
