Have never been able to get an appointment, but haven't really needed one.

Blood appointment was 5 days after stool submission for bowel cancer screening. Would have liked to have been told that these were not linked!

It was at the old town surgery, an appointment. Nearly on time, so difficult to improve on that.

Given me the form to fill in in advance as I never saw it before the day.

I always feel listened to. Messages are passed on to my GP and swiftly acted upon. Receptionists take the time to telephone and relay messages, book appointments and reassure. I have had consistently very good care and support for the last 5 1/2 years I have been living in Little Commin and registered at this practice.

I just went for Blood tests and I found the nurse very efficient and pleasant

On the occasions when I do need to make an appointment I always feel that it is a negotiation rather than a simple process of booking an appointment.

Turn the music down in the waiting area. It’s bordering on intrusive.
