Made an appointment on line for a blood test. Automatic check in at surgery, seen on time very easy experience given that my veins aren’t the best. Simplicity from start to finish, not stressful at all

My appointment was at 08:00 and when I asked the receptionist at 8:15 what was happening she told me that the doctor knew I was there and did I want to cancel the appointment. In fact the doctor wasn’t even in the surgery he was delayed a further 5 mins due to traffic.

On the occasions I have had to ring the surgery I have been able to get through quite quickly. The worst is on Monday mornings, but this is understandable.
