Takes ages to get through after listening to recorded message, and then some awful music. Only then to be told there’s no appointments. Then the only thing available is a phone consultation in if your lucky a weeks time.

Bring back how things used to be done.

Nurse very nice and helpful. But advised by her about smoking. I have never smoked in my life but according to records I was previously a smoker?? Also I am not happy with my GP Dr workman - I would like to transfer to Dr Bashra in the practice the same as the rest of my family ( previous GP Dr Dewhurst before his retirement (34 years) I was not informed of any changes. And Dr Workman would not be one of choice??

Please allow me to change/transfer GP - see above

Not very easy to get to see a doctor always telephone but sometimes you need Face to face.
