I received a text to say I was due blood test which was really good and I booked the appointment on line easily and not a big wait for the appointment. The test results were through quickly. I find it difficult to get a general appointment on phone either ring on day and no appointments available or pre book ages in advance which is no good if something is urgent. I am reluctant to call GP as cannot see him and I put it off ...

I have had UTI quite often and would like to just ring and get a repeat prescription without waiting for tests as I know the symptoms... I would like to discuss possible arthritis and sleep issues since my mum passed away

I was standing waiting for someone to come to the window but 3 ladies stood at the door chasing while another lady was ignoring the phone ring because she was busy on Facebook on her phone. I missed my call as was in another appointment and asked was I called in I was told yes and to go through the doors and go left lol, which room??? As she'd walked off I couldn't ask which room

Where to start Don't ask us why we are there is embarrassing when going for a smear and a waiting room full of people. Let us book appointments for the next day or week. Don't have reception staff being able to remove pills from your repeat, just because you didn't order them every month.... leads to articles piling.

Lucky to get through, usually a long telephone queue. Very rare to actually get face to face appointment with a doctor. Telephone appointments do not usually get to the root of my problems.

Waiting area was overcrowded. Appointment was 35 minutes late. Should have had blood test before the appointment. Nurse was very nice bur unable to get blood samples. Was wrong nurse for the appointment arranged as she was the diabetic check up nurse not bloods nurse. Now have two further appointments to attend! Call screens do not display for long or give much sound to let patients know it is their turn.

Such a long wait on the telephone... when you work, it isn't always easy to wait on the line.

Just the lengthy wait when trying to get through to speak to a receptionist.
