As always the staff are excellent, I can always get a telephone or FaceTime face appt often at short notice. Receptionists are so friendly and kind and have never sounded abrupt to me even when I’ve had a moan!

The only thing I can think of is maybe the doctors could have more time between patients as quite often they can run late
