Pleasant staff. My concerns are not likely to be rectified as this is a national and government matter or policy. I have had, recently a multitude of ailments that I have had to come in each time for. It would be much better and more cost-effective if patients were treated for the combination of problems.

All the staff work within a very caring ethos. Your problem, in all respects, is their problem and will be mutually resolved to the best of their ability. All staff, both medical and administrative, listen to and hear what one has to say.

Despite negative comments in the media about being unable to get appointments with GPs I have always found it easy to make an appointment at the surgery, usually within 2 or 3 days, or sometimes on the same day. The surgery offers a wide range of services and your receptionists are always polite and helpful.
