I went to have blood tests. I was seen straight away and the nurse was lovely and friendly. Informative and have to say it’s the most painless blood I’ve ever given. Surgery as always was spotlessly clean. I had no contact with any other staff as was taken in so quickly. I just thank my lucky stars that I am a patient at this surgery. Hands down the best care I’ve ever been given.

I thought the scores I gave were a reflection on my visit.

Under the present circumstances regarding the NHS probably nothing. Staff were fine and no problems occurred.

Yep. ..whilst waiting on the phone instead of music can you just provide a small bleep ad some banks do. Then I too can multi task while waiting
