Excellent service today. I used the electronic check in machine and was called in immediately. I had a query about my blood test and the nurse said she needed to check with the GP. She came back a few minutes later explained what the GP had said clearly. Nurse was cheerful, efficient and explained how to get my results. Thank you.

Dr Cho is unavailable until next Tuesday . I have raised specific questions concerning blood pressure prescription. If Diabetic NHS website advised not to take it. If not Diabetic then why do I need to repeat the February tests? I left a note in reception about this today.

My point is I have asked for feedback before embarking on a medication to control blood pressure which can’t then be stopped.

Booked well in advance so had plenty of choice. Arrived on time & went in for test almost immediately. All carried out efficiently & got the results 8 hours later.

Excellent practice I’m so lucky.

I took the haematologist’s blood request with me. It would be more efficient if this request was done on line and the surgery received copy from Soecialist
