It was fine the only difficulty is getting an appointment which is typical to all practices

I didn't make an appointment the surgery sent me a message to invite me in for a health check. Excellent!!!

I can't suggest any improvements as I was totally satisfied.

The treatment, when you can access it is great but getting it in the first place is a real rigmarole. Being told to go back to the Conquest Hospital for pain relief after surgery or to attend A&E for minor things by a non clinical member of staff is frustrating and wrong. Especially when you are a senior manager within the NHS..

On this occasion nothing as I only accessed the nurse for a blood test.
