I was booked in for an ECG and was seen more or less on time by Natasha. However once I was set up for the ECG with the connectors strapped to my upper body the computer failed and it took 10 or 15 minutes whilst I lay there before computer issue was resolved an ECG was taken.Natasha tried her best to resolve issue but being an IT issue she was relying on virtual support.

Suggested improvements
Apparently the computer reading the ECG has failed before so suggest you take up with your IT partners.
